Maternity Care Fee (Full Pregnancy)

 $3,000.00

Late Transfer Maternity Fee 20-25 weeks

*Transfers not accepted after 35 weeks

Includes:
Prenatal visits Labor management/support by CNM
Prenatal education to promote healthy pregnancy and birth Birth attendance by CNM
24 hour access to CNM Postpartum care and teaching
24 hour telephone access to MD Breastfeeding support
Review of medical chart by MD 1st day home visit/1st time mom
Birth Center orientation: procedures and early discharge 3rd day home visit/all moms
Initial assessment by Registered Dietitian
if requested/required 		 3 week postpartum exam
6 week postpartum exam, includes birth control information

 

Birth Center / Supply Fee $2,500.00
Includes:
Labor support and birth assistance by a licensed nurse and doula
Medical supplies for birth and postpartum
Registration of birth with County Registrar
Gift birth certificate

 

Additional Fees $700.00
Includes:
Initial newborn assessment
Initial newborn visit

 

Private Pay Client Flat Rate: $5,040.00
Maternity: $2,520.00, Birth Center: $1,980.00, and Additional Fees: $540.00
Note: Self–pay clients who bill insurance themselves do not qualify for this rate. The Birth Center
must use standard fee codes in any invoice that will be submitted to an insurance provider.
*(IV antibiotics, Rhogam, lab fees, sonographic and special medications if necessary are not included.
Complications may incur additional charges.)
