24 hour telephone access to M.D., for consult or referral 6 week postpartum exam of mother, includes birth control information
Review of medical chart by M.D. Labor management / support by CNM
Initial assessment by Physical Therapist if requested/required Initial assessment by Registered Dietitian if requested/required
Birth attendance by CNM Initial assessment by marriage & Family counselor if requested

 

Birth Center / Supply Fee $1,750.00
Includes:
Orientation class about birth center procedures and early discharge Postpartum care and teaching by licensed nurse
Labor support and birth assistance by a licensed nurse and doula Home visit on day one or day three for mother
Medical supplies for birth & postpartum (IV antibiotics and Rhogam may incur added charge) Registration of birth with County Registrar
